Refund & Postage Policy

Refund Policy 

We can not accept returns on fabric which are cut to size, any of the 'Geeky Stitching Club' boxes or personalised hoops or kits. 

If you would like to return any other item, these will only be accepted if the item is received back to us in a re-saleable condition and must be returned within 7 days of receiving. The amount which will be refunded to you will be minus any postage charges which you have incurred. Please contact us in the unlikely event that you receive an item in bad condition and we will refund you the full amount. 

Postage Policy 

The Geeky Stitching company can not be held reliable for any items which get lost in the post. ( this includes supplies/kits & club boxes) by selecting the 1st class Postage option you are accepting liability for the postage, no refunds will be granted for parcels which do not arrive. If you would like a guaranteed delivery you will need to select the 'tracked' option at the checkout. We cannot be held responsible if you do not inform us within 24 hours of your order if you have entered the incorrect details or moved house. We will not be able to send replacements ( FOC) and no refunds will be granted. 

The Geeky Stitching company can not be held liable for any additional custom charges that you may incur when the items are sent overseas. It is your responsibility to pay these charges, this is not included in the price of postage and no refunds will be given if the goods are not returned to us if you decided to reject the shipment.
