I would like to order one of your kits but i would like to change the colour of the fabric, can I? 

Of course! please contact us through the 'Contact Us' page to discuss. Normally we can do a straight swap, however will advise if there are any price implications 

I would like to join the 'Geeky Stitching Club'  what do I do? 

Firstly read through the FAQ's which is situated on the main bar, then click on the 'Geeky Stitching club' tab and select the option you would like. If you are unsure please contact us before placing an order 

I entered the wrong delivery address, what do I do?

Please email us within 24 hours, we will be able to amend the delivery info within this time frame. anything over this time period we cannot guarantee 

Do you do gift vouchers? 

We Do! Please contact us with the items you would like and will put together a gift voucher for you and email across the paypal invoice 

I don't have paypal, can I still order? 

No problem! we use paypal as our gateway, however you can just add a debit/ credit card and checkout as 'guest' 

I am not happy with my order, how do I get in contact? 

We are sorry to hear this! we will do everything possible to help with your query. Please contact us through the 'Contact us' section or email directly ( 

I want an update on my order, what do i do? 

Firstly log into your Account & click on the 'Orders' section. You will be able to view the progress of your order & will receive a dispatch notification once the order is on the way to you. If you are unsure please contact us directly. 

Do you have any other storefronts?

We do indeed, we sell on Etsy ( Geeky stitching co) and have just been approved as 'Not on the highstreet' partner (geekystitchingco) 

I love the item which I have just stitched up, can I sell this on? 

We do not allow customers to sell or distribute any items that they have made using our patterns, this is an infringement of our copyright policy and something we do not tolerate.
